1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the LevelQ Marketing website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
LevelQ Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, social media management, PPC advertising, content marketing, and web design. Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.
3. Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Service subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- Digital product payments are due at the time of purchase.
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials produced by LevelQ Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise specified.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts and platforms required for campaign execution.
6. Limitation of Liability
LevelQ Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
