1. Digital Products

All digital products sold through LevelQ Marketing are delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you will receive instant access to download your product.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for all digital products. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@levelqmarketing.com with your order details.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Products that have been substantially used or downloaded more than once may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Marketing Services

Marketing service subscriptions (SEO, SMM, PPC, etc.) are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date is non-refundable.

4. Ad Packages

Ad packages are billed on a monthly basis. Clients may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at the start of any billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Exceptions

If you believe you have received a defective product or service that does not match its description, please contact us immediately. We will review your case and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
